Use this page to register to speak at upcoming City of Orange City Council meetings. You may register to speak on a specific agenda item or during Non-Agenda Public Comment.

After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with meeting information and instructions for participating.

How to Register to Speak

1. Select the upcoming City Council meeting you would like to attend.
2. Click Register.
3. Select your participation method: In Person or Virtually.
4. Select the agenda item(s) you would like to speak on or select Non-Agenda Public Comment.
5. Submit your registration. You will receive a confirmation email with meeting details and instructions for speaking.

On the Day of the Meeting

In Person:

Check in with the City Clerk when you arrive. When your name is called, proceed to the podium to speak. Please remain within the announced speaking time limit.

Virtually by Phone:

Call the phone number provided in your confirmation email using the same phone number you used to register. You may listen to the meeting by phone while you wait to speak. When it is your turn, you will be prompted to speak. You will also receive a text message when the agenda item you registered to speak on begins.

Important

Advance registration is required to speak virtually during Public Comment. If you do not pre-register, you will not be able to participate in Public Comment virtually.
